Sesame milk

As you probably already know I got used to making my own milk for my breakfast, drink etc. Usually I am using almond milk (you can find the recipe here) but currently, I am also obsessed with sesame milk. With sesame milk, I can cover my protein requirements in a highly healthy way. It contains six times more calcium than cow’s milk and an optimal calcium-magnesium ratio, which the body needs to absorb both substances well. Calcium is one of the most important substances for our bones and our teeth, magnesium calms the nerves and generally counteracts tension.

So for me enough reasons to drink it every now and then. Usually, I do my golden milk out of it or using it for my protein shake after sports.
