During the afternoon I love snacking every now and then. How many times have I tempted to take an unhealthy snack? – Well probably too often. It would be so easy if I would consistently pay attention to always having something with me. That’s why the peanut protein balls are one of my favorite snacks. I prepare them for the weekend so that I have them always at hand during the week.
PEANUT PROTEIN BALLS
- 100 g peanuts
- 200 g medjool dates
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut butter
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut oil
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
Mix everything in a blender until you get a sticky dough. Roll into little balls and roll in some cacao or acai powder.
