Maca Berry Smoothie

With this smoothie recipe, I have some berry power for the cold season for you. It is naturally sweet and has some maca powder in it. Maca may increase physical performance and mental resilience. In addition, the plant may also have a positive effect on depression and chronic fatigue. So a perfect smoothie for the dark season.

Maca Berry Smoothie

Servings 1 glass

Ingredients

  • 200 ml coconut water
  • 10 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

For decoration

  • 1 tabelspoon cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into your mixer and mix it until it is a smooth drink. 

  2. Fill it into your glass and decorate it with cacao nibs. Enjoy!
